Yes. All qualified members PAID Diamond Fund or belonging to the Diamond Fund membership criteria are protected under our SGN Diamond Fund, which adds a layer of financial security and confidence for transactions between trusted members. Learn more

In SGN membership, there are two types based on the company background. It is signature global logistics members (logistics members) and the signature logistics Connect members. (Third parties)

When you become a SGN member you are protected for both. The name is just for easier identification. As sometimes people still need to know if that company is directly involved in logistics or indirectly. So you are a signature global logistics member but also a signature global member and you are also included and eligible in the connections with all logistics connect members too.

A Signature global Logistics member or a Signature Logistics Connect member are both signature global network members.

SGN’s current membership assessment is not positioned as formal financial underwriting or an independently audited credit assessment.

Members should therefore conduct their own commercial due diligence before extending credit or entering significant transactions with another member.

SGN does not require all shipments to be routed through SGN members.

SGN operates the Signature Diamond Fund (SDF) as a goodwill-based support mechanism for eligible members.
It is not insurance, a bank guarantee, surety, bond or guaranteed payment program.

Bronze Members are not eligible for SDF protection.

Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond Members may be eligible for SDF consideration, subject to the current SDF policy, eligibility criteria, investigation procedures and available funds.

SDF is a goodwill-based member support mechanism.
It is not insurance, a guarantee, surety, bond, bank guarantee, debt collection service or financial institution.
All SDF decisions remain subject to the applicable Terms & Conditions and SGN’s determination.

SDF is subject to specific eligibility requirements and exclusions.

It does not generally cover operational disputes such as service quality, cargo damage, shortages, delays, customs issues, documentation errors, rate disputes, profit-share disputes, negligence or other commercial disputes unrelated to eligible debt recovery.

Certain sensitive cargo and transactions outside SGN’s applicable credit and reporting guidelines may also be excluded.

Members must report delinquent debts within 15 days after the applicable SDF standard payment deadline.
Failure to report within the prescribed timeframe may make the debt permanently ineligible for SDF consideration.

SGN may request:

• Invoices

• Proof of service

• Correspondence

• Statements of account

• Other relevant supporting documents

SGN may also interview relevant parties or appoint third-party investigators where appropriate.

Approved SDF claims remain subject to available fund balances. Where approved claims exceed available funds, SGN may delay payment, issue partial payment, apply pro-rata distribution or carry approved claims into future funding periods.
