Ticket Purchase and Validity
• All tickets for the SGN conference are non-refundable.
• Tickets are valid only for the specified event date and are nontransferable.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
• No refunds will be issued for purchased tickets under any circumstances, including but not limited to inability to attend, scheduling conflicts, or event cancellation.
• In the event of cancellation by the organizers, tickets may be honored for a rescheduled date or a future SGN event.

Ticket Transfer
• Tickets may not be resold or transferred to another individual without prior written consent from the event organizers.

Event Changes
• The organizers reserve the right to modify the event program, including speakers, schedule, and venue, without prior notice.
• Such changes do not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.

Attendance and Conduct
• Ticket holders must comply with all venue rules and regulations.
• The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the event for any reason.

Liability
• The organizers are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property during the event.

Photography and Recording
• By attending, you consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or recorded for promotional purposes.

Data Protection
• Personal information collected during ticket purchase will be used in accordance with our privacy policy.

Force Majeure
• The organizers are not liable for failure to perform their obligations due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
