Cancellation Policy
- Failure to cancel your conference registrations with SGN under any circumstances will result in 100% cancellation charges even if you did not pay your registration fee. You will be barred from registering for future conferences until payment is received.
- Non-payment does not constitute cancellation. If you register in our system then you are considered registered and are expected to attend the conference unless you advise SGN staff to cancel your registration by 9TH February 2024.
- In case the conference is fully booked, SGN reserves the right to cancel your registration in order to make space for other delegates who wish to attend and are willing to make payment immediately.
- You can cancel your conference registration by sending an email to SGN staff or [email protected]
Payment
- An Invoice will be sent to you shortly after registration (within one working day), however, we recommend you make payment immediately by Credit Card or Partner Pay to secure your conference registration.
- Payment by Bank Transfer, Credit Card, or Partner Pay is accepted.
You can use the details on the ORDER CONFIRMATION to make immediate payment while waiting for our accounting department to issue an official invoice to you.
REFUND POLICY
You will not have access to the One-on-One Meeting Scheduler until payment has been received.
Your name will not be displayed in the conference attendees list on the conference website until your payment has been received.
Other members will not be able to schedule meeting appointments with you until payment has been received.
Registration Cut-Off (you will not appear in the conference directory after the cut-off date)

60% refund/ Refund fee will be a coupon for future conference or network activities use.

A 40% refund/Refund fee will be a coupon for future conference or network activities use.

20% refund/Refund fee will be a coupon for future conference or network activities use.
