For group bookings, all reservations must be made Sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. Any request received after the specified cut-off date will be allocated based on room availability.

Rooms are subject to availability upon time of reservation.

Early check-in or late check-out requests shall be subject to hotel’s room availability and occupancy; and approval by Hotel Management.
Suite rooms requirements must be blocked in advance to ensure availability.

Any cancellation received less than fifteen (15) days prior to date of arrival, one (1) night full charge shall apply for individual booking booked through our link code provided by the hotel.

In case the guest does not arrive on the check-in date which is a “No Show”, guest will be charges with a one (1) night stay. Guest late check-in will be charged equivalent to one (1) full night stay.

Should the guest’s stay is shorten or have an early departure date than initially booked, full charges of the number of stays in which guests did not stay shall apply since this is already guaranteed room booking(s) upon reservations. Guest may revise his/her room reservations at least seven (7) days prior to check-in date without early departure charges.

Third person charge at 1,500.00PHP (26.43 USD) net per room per night inclusive of Breakfast Buffet and Extra Bed.

Child Policy on Rooms:

• Months to Twelve (12) years old, free of charge with no Extra Bed
• Child Policy on Restaurant availing breakfast and other meals: 0 to Six (6) years old free of charge
• Seven (7) years old to Twelve (12) years old with Fifty (50%) percent discount
